On Tuesday, 27 April 2021 Andrew Cooper, Green Party West Yorkshire Mayoral candidate, joined Martin Hey, Green Party candidate for Northowram and Shelf, to speak to voters in the ward.

Both were extremely pleased with the positive reaction they received from voters. Durng a busy evening, they paused briefly at Cooper Grove in Shelf for this photograph.
